OPEN HOUSE EDITION!

How do I order?
We have a convenient secure online ordering system or you may visit us the day of the event to place your order between 9am-7pm.  If you are unable to come in and you dont want to order online, you may also call us at 803-781-1201 to order.  Our clinical staff will be unavailable to return calls on Thursday, November 4th since they will be meeting with in-person clients all day.  Please have patience with us as we return your call, we will have one person available to answer and return calls during this day.  

Where are the prices?
This is a "ONE DAY ONLY" event so we release an email to everyone with a working email address in our database - with a link to our pricing on our website after we close for business Wednesday night, November 3rd.  Online ordering will be available until 7PM on Thursday, November 4th.   

I am interested in Permanent Makeup, what do I do?

Please note Permanent Makeup orders must be placed with Alyce at 803-767-2349.  She collects her own payments and will be available all day November 4th to answer questions.  Alyce will be available for questions, recommendations and "draw-ins" on November 4th from 9am-7pm.  She may release her pricing earlier, but it will be posted on November 4th HERE .
 

I can’t stop by that day, but I want to order!
No problem!  We will have a secure online form on our website homepage for you to enter what you would like to order and your payment information and VOILA! you've completed your order!  This convenient purchasing option will be available on our website from the time the pricing is emailed out on the evening of November 3rd until 7pm on November 4th.  We will be closed for business Friday, November 5th so that we can process payments and orders.  Our phone lines will be open to make and receive phone calls about orders placed the previous day.  If you order products with your order, you may stop by Monday, November 8th or anytime after to pick up your purchase.  We will have it bagged with your name on it at the reception desk!

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the credit card information you send when you place your order. The information is encrypted, sent through the Internet as scrambled code, and decoded on a secure server.  It cannot be read in transit. SSL is the recognized industry standard worldwide for such sensitive transactions, making it safe for you to shop with a credit card on the Internet. Even banks transfer money and complete credit card transactions using this secure method.

Will I get a "Gift with Purchase/Swag Bag" with my purchase?

We have 150 "Gift With Purchase/Swag Bag"  - these are first come, first served, so you must be "in person" to receive one.  Online orders do not receive the "gift with purchase" bags.  

Where do I go when I get to the building?
We are located on the first floor of the new Irmo Wellness Center (Suite 100 on the right side of the building lobby).  We are directly across the railroad tracks from Mathias Sandwich Shop on St. Andrews Road.  If you are not sure of what to order, our laser technicians, aestheticians and medical staff will have tables set up in the spa lobby and treatment rooms and can answer questions and write your recommended order up for you.  If you know exactly what you want to order or only want to purchase products, go straight to our checkout stations and the front desk staff will help you.  Our vitamin bar will be located in one of our treatment rooms with one of our nurses, no appointment necessary.  We will also have various injectable and skincare vendors in the lobby of the building throughout the day.  The catered wine reception starts around 430pm and will last until 7pm.  We use the spa lobby and the building lobby to faciliate this fun event!

Im not sure what I need?
No problem, our laser technicians, aestheticians and medical professionals will have stations in either our lobby or a treatment room all day.  There will be a greeter at our front door to direct clients in addition to signs telling you which room to go into.  They are happy to help you complete your order and take your payment information.  (Our tables are normally labeled as such: Anti-aging, Injectables, Skincare Products, Tattoo Removal, Bodysculpting, etc...)

Do I need to register for a doorprize?
No, you can stop by between 9am-6:30pm and head down the hallway of the spa to where our Prize Wheel is located!  PRIZE WHEEL RUNS FROM 9AM-6:30PM!  We will spin the wheel for you one time and you’ll get the chance to see if you win a prize.  If you are lucky enough to win one of our FREE prizes, you could win an injectable filler, neurotoxin, laser or facial treatment or a skincare product.  No purchase necessary.  No exchanges - no exceptions, must be present to win (no spinning for others), and must be used within one year.  No exceptions, please do not ask.  If you do not want the prize you win, you may forfeit the prize or donate to our wonderful military.  PRIZE WHEEL RUNS FROM 9AM-6:30PM!

Are you doing a drawing for doorprizes?
No.  To avoid crowding and to give our clients a better chance of winning a doorprize, we will spin one time on a Prize Wheel for you, to see if you win something.  You are not guaranteed a prize but we do give away a hefty amount of free treatments!  No purchase necessary, no exchanges- no exceptions, must be present to win (no spinning for others).  PRIZE WHEEL RUNS FROM 9AM-6:30PM!

Will there be a "talk" or "informational session"?
No.  However, we have our clinical staff and injectable representatives and various skincare representatives here to happily answer questions from 9am-7pm.

May I bring a friend?
YES!!  Please do, all are welcome!  We love new clients!  You and your friend(s) can mingle and also enjoy a catered wine reception during the later afternoon hours of 4:30pm-7pm. 

What type of payment do you accept?
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Carecredit.  No personal checks please.  Please note you may not use discounted gift certificates for these specials, as that is considered a "Double-Discount" or "Double Dipping".   You can however, use the amount you spent for the gift certificates - just not the "free" money portion.  The "free" money portion would be forfeited.
