How do I order?
We have a convenient secure online ordering system or you may visit us the day of the event to place your order between 9am-7pm.  If you are unable to come in and you dont want to order online, you may also call us at 803-781-1201 to order.  Our clinical staff will be unavailable to return calls on Thursday, April 28th since they will be meeting with in-person clients all day.  Please have patience with us as we return your call, we will have one person available to answer and return calls Thursday April 28th.  

Where are the prices?
This is a "ONE DAY ONLY" event so we release an email to everyone with a working email address in our database - with a link to our pricing on our website after we close for business Wednesday night, April 27th.  Online ordering will be available until 7PM on Thursday, April 28th.   

I am interested in Permanent Makeup, what do I do?

Please note Permanent Makeup orders must be placed with Alyce at 803-767-2349.  She collects her own payments and will be available all day April 28th to answer questions.  Alyce will be available for questions, recommendations and "draw-ins" on April 28th from 9am-7pm.  She may release her pricing earlier, but it will be posted on April 28th HERE .
 

I can’t stop by that day, but I want to order!
No problem!  We will have a secure online order form on our HOME PAGE for you to enter what you would like to order and your payment information and VOILA! you've completed your order!  This convenient purchasing option will be available on our website from the time the pricing is emailed out on the evening of April 27th until 7pm on April 28th.  We will be closed for business Friday, April 29th so that we can process payments and orders.  Our phone lines will be open Friday 4/29 to make and receive phone calls about orders placed the previous day.  If you order products with your order, you may stop by Monday, May 2nd or anytime after to pick up your purchase.  We will have it bagged with your name on it at the reception desk!

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the credit card information you send when you place your order. The information is encrypted, sent through the Internet as scrambled code, and decoded on a secure server.  It cannot be read in transit. SSL is the recognized industry standard worldwide for such sensitive transactions, making it safe for you to shop with a credit card on the Internet. Even banks transfer money and complete credit card transactions using this secure method.

Will I get a "Gift with Purchase/Swag Bag" with my purchase?

We have 150 "Gift With Purchase/Swag Bag"  - these are first come, first served, so you must be "in person" to receive one.  Online orders do not receive the "gift with purchase" bags.  

Where do I go when I get to the building?
We are located on the first floor of the new Irmo Wellness Center (Suite 100 on the right side of the building lobby).  We are directly across the railroad tracks from Mathias Sandwich Shop on St. Andrews Road.  If you are not sure of what to order, our laser technicians, aestheticians and medical staff will have tables set up in the spa lobby and treatment rooms and can answer questions and write your recommended order up for you.  If you know exactly what you want to order or only want to purchase products, go straight to our checkout stations and the front desk staff will take your payment.  Our vitamin bar will be located in one of our treatment rooms with one of our nurses, no appointment necessary.  We will also have various injectable and skincare vendors in the lobby of the building throughout the day.  The catered wine reception starts around 430pm and will last until 7pm.  We use the spa lobby and the building lobby to faciliate this fun event!

Im not sure what I need?
No problem, our laser technicians, aestheticians and medical professionals will have stations in either our lobby or a treatment room all day.  There will be a greeter at our front door to direct clients in addition to signs telling you which room to go into.  They are happy to help you complete your order and take your payment information.  (Our tables are normally labeled as such: Anti-aging, Injectables, Skincare Products, Tattoo Removal, Bodysculpting, etc...)

Do I need to register for a doorprize?
No, you can stop by between 9am-6:30pm and head down the hallway of the spa to where our Prize Wheel is located!  PRIZE WHEEL RUNS FROM 9AM-6:30PM!  We will spin the wheel for you one time and you’ll get the chance to see if you win a prize.  If you are lucky enough to win one of our FREE prizes, you could win an injectable filler, neurotoxin, laser or facial treatment or a skincare product.  No purchase necessary.  No exchanges - no exceptions, must be present to win (no spinning for others), and must be used within one year.  No exceptions, please do not ask.  If you do not want the prize you win, you may forfeit the prize or donate to our wonderful military.  PRIZE WHEEL RUNS FROM 9AM-6:30PM!

Are you doing a drawing for doorprizes?

No.  However, we have our clinical staff and injectable representatives and various skincare representatives here to happily answer questions from 9am-7pm.

Front Desk / Administrative

 

We're looking for a serious and dedicated professional who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic and is ready to work in a fast paced environment. The right candidate must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times and have ABOVE AVERAGE customer service skills. We need someone that can multi-task, is well-organized with excellent interpersonal, communication, phone, and computer skills. Prior experience in Medspa / Doctor’s office or similar setting is preferred.

 

Description of this Position:

Experience - minimum 5 years in an office/administrative setting.

Must be proficient with Word, Outlook and experience with appointment software is preferred.

Answer phone calls professionally. Heavy telephone work at times.

Must be available to work Saturdays when needed from 9am-4pm. (Currently open 1 Saturday a month) This may be just as an alternate with another front desk staff member.

 

Job Type:  Full Time (40 Hours a week), Paid One Hour Lunch, Medical Benefits Available after 90 day probationary period. Skincare perks available after 90 day probationary period. Hourly wage commensurate with experience.

Dear Valued Clients, 

For the health and safety of our employees and clients, with the government ordered closure of non-essential businesses in South Carolina, Rejuvenations Medical Spa has cancelled in person treatments through April per the Governors orders or until further notice.   

We continue to offer contactless telehealth consultations on our services via ZOOM, DOXY.COM or telephone  (Scheduled on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 10AM - 2PM) and curbside or mail delivery of skincare products (20% off) through this unprecedented event.  Curbside Pickup will be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11AM-1PM.  Simply call us when you arrive to pick up your prepaid products and we will bring this out to your car.   Skincare products offered are linked below for your convenience.

We wanted to take a brief moment to assure you of not only the safety and sanitation standards we practice on a normal day…but have also enhanced in light of current news.  We are open and functioning responsibly.

Our reception and checkout areas are sanitized regularly and our treatment professionals sanitize treatment spaces and equipment with medical-grade sanitizing and sterilizing agents before and after every single procedure.  Rejuvenations Medical Spa is also professionally cleaned and sanitized every evening. Hand sanitizer is available at all check-in and checkout stations and there are hand washing sinks available for you in every treatment room.  A touch free infrared temperature of all clients is also taken before being allowed in our treatment areas.

The health and safety of our employees and clients is of utmost importance and we invite any of our valued clients that are not feeling well to reschedule their appointments. Our employees are also advised to stay home if they are feeling unwell.

We will have a walk-in clinic for our Immunity Boost injections (on sale $30) on:
Monday, March 16 from 9-12pm and 1-5pm          NO APPT NECESSARY
Friday, March 20 from 9-12pm and 1-4pm             NO APPT NECESSARY

May I place an order over the phone?
We are asking our clients to please only order through our secure online order form (located at www.rejuvenationsmedicalspa.com on the day of the event) or visit us the day of the event to place your order.  Phone orders are not preferred due to limited phone lines and manpower on the day of the event.  We are hoping to eliminate wait time, phone tag, duplicate orders and ordering inaccuracies in order to better serve you and provide an excellent client experience.  We will not be able to return phone calls on the day of our event.  We are closed to appointments and business on Friday, May 10th so we will only be able to return calls and process orders on Friday May 10th.  We appreciate your patience!

I cant stop by that day, but I want to order!
No problem!  We will have a secure online form on our website homepage for you to enter your order and your payment information and VOILA! you've completed your order!   If we have a question about your order, we will contact you on Friday before we process your payment. This convenient purchasing option will be available on our website from the time the pricing is emailed out on the evening of May 8th until 7pm on May 9th.  We will be closed for business Friday, May 10th so that we may process our orders and return any calls.

Where do I go when I get to the building?
If you do not know what you need, please go to the conference room on the first floor (located on right side of lobby).  All of our laser technicians, bodysculpting staff and medical staff will have tables set up in the conference room and will be there to answer questions and help you with your orders.   If you know exactly what you want to order or only want to purchase products, come straight on up to the spa on the second floor and our front desk staff will process your payment.   Various skincare vendors will be stationed in the lobby of the building throughout the day to answer questions as well.  The front desk staff is available to process payments on the second floor for clients that already know what they would like to order or if clients know what skincare products they would like to purchase.

Im not sure what I need?
No problem, our laser technicians, bodysculpting staff and medical professionals will be in our conference room all day and the tables will have signs telling you which table to go to!  They are happy to help you complete your order and take your payment information.  (Our tables are normally labeled as such: Anti-aging, Injectables, Tattoo Removal, Coolsculpting, EMSCULPT, etc...)

Do I need to register for a doorprize?
NO, we will not have doorprizes, instead you will have a chance to open a "dice" and see if you won a treatment, a product or a dollar amount off of your purchase.  You can stop by anytime and head directly to the conference room to pick your dice.    The dice will be available from 9AM-6:30PM.  These will be located in the conference room on the first floor of the building   No purchase necessary.  No exchanges- no exceptions, must be present to win (no opening for others).   If you do not want the prize you win, you may forfeit the prize or donate to our wonderful military.  One dice per client.

Are you doing a drawing for doorprizes?

IV Hydration Therapy being added to Services!

Rejuvenations has partnered with Aqua Med IV to offer FDA-regulated formulas developed by licensed chemists and pharmacists to have IV's administered by experienced nurses in our clinical settings using the highest safety protocols available.  Although vitamins and supplements cannot be approved by the FDA, whether IV, IM or over the counter, we can ensure our products are compounded and maintained in optimal conditions to maintain sterility, and safety.  Our products are also only administered in our clinical setting by experienced nurses and with Medical Director oversight in compliance with the State Medical Board to ensure the safety of our patients.  We also offer other targeted aesthetic treatments with our experienced team to "stack" with these IV therapies to improve our patients results.

Im not sure what I need?
No problem, our laser technicians and medical professionals will be in our conference room all day and the tables will have signs telling you which table to go to!  They are happy to help you complete your order and take your payment information.  (Our tables are normally labeled as such: Anti-aging, Injectables, Tattoo Removal, Coolsculpting, etc...)

What type of payment do you accept?

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance at 803-781-1201 / info@rejuvenationsmedicalspa.com.   As of August 1, 2016:  If you "NO SHOW" for your scheduled appointment, we will charge your account $75 which must be paid before you may make another appointment.
  • To maintain our adult environment as well as for safety and liability concerns, please do not bring children to your appointment or leave them in our waiting room during your appointment.
  • Please plan to arrive ten minutes prior to your appointment time.  If you are late to your appointment time you may be asked to reschedule so that your treatment can be complete.

Do I need to register for a doorprize?
No, you can stop by anytime from 9AM - 7PM and head to the conference room on the first floor of our building....and spin one of our Prize Carnival Wheels!  You'll get one chance to spin a wheel and see if you win a prize.   This will be offered ALL DAY! (You can choose to spin the Injectable / Product Wheel or the Laser  / Product Wheel).  No purchase necessary.  Go to our website for a list of our amazing doorprizes! LIST OF DOORPRIZES

Are you doing a drawing for doorprizes?
NO.  Instead, to avoid crowding and to give our clients a better chance of winning a doorprize, you will get ONE spin on a Prize Wheel to see if you win something.

Where are the prices?
This is a one day only event so we release (by email) the pricing after close of business the night before (Wednesday night).  We will also post our prices on our website Wednesday night and they will be up through Thursday night.  Make sure you are on our email list! 

 Will there be a "talk" or "informational session"?
YES!  Amy Powers, Owner/Manager, will be giving two brief presentations at noon(ish) and 5:30 to go over our treatments and our NEW treatments!  She will NOT be doing doorprizes during these talks because we are doing doorprizes ALL DAY LONG! Yippee!

No problem!  You can call us at 803-781-1201, option 2 and place your order over the phone.  You may get our voicemail, WE WILL CALL YOU BACK WE PROMISE:) You can leave your order on our voicemail if you'd like and we will call you for payment.  If you know what you want, you can email your order to info@rejuvenationsmedicalspa.com and we will call you for payment Thursday or Friday.  We will be closed for business Friday so that we can process all of our orders and collect payments.

She specializes in treating acute and chronic pain and promoting a relaxed and healthy body and mind.
