May I place an order over the phone?
We are asking our clients to please only order through our secure online order form or visit us the day of the event to place your order. Phone orders are not preferred due to limited phone lines and manpower on the day of the event. We are hoping to eliminate return call wait time, phone tag, duplicate orders and ordering inaccuracies in order to better serve you and provide an excellent client experience.
I cant stop by that day, but I want to order!
No problem! We will have a secure online form on our website homepage for you to enter your order and your payment information and VOILA! you've completed your order! This convenient purchasing option will be available on our website from the time the pricing is emailed out on the evening of November 1st until 7pm on November 2nd. We will be closed for business Friday, November 3rd so that we can process all of our orders.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the credit card information you send when you place your order. The information is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as scrambled code, and decoded on a secure server. We do not store your credit card information. It cannot be read in transit. SSL is the recognized industry standard worldwide for such sensitive transactions, making it safe for you to shop with a credit card on the Internet. Even banks transfer money and complete credit card transactions using this secure method.
What type of payment do you accept?
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and CareCredit. No personal checks please. You can apply online with Carecredit at https://www.carecredit.com/apply/ . We offer six months, no interest payments through Carecredit cards. CareCredit is different from a regular credit card. It helps you pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by medical insurance by extending special financing options that you can't get when using your Visa or MasterCard. Please note you may not use discounted gift certificates for our open house specials, as that is considered a "Double-discount" or "Double Dipping". You can however, use the amount you spent for the gift certificates - just not the "free" money portion. The "free" money portion would be forfeited.
Where do I go when I get to the building?
If you are not sure of what to order, go to the conference room on the first floor (located on right side of lobby). All of our laser technicians and medical staff will have tables set up in the conference room and will be there to answer questions and help with your orders. If you know exactly what you want to order or only want to purchase products, come straight on up to the spa on the second floor and our front desk staff will help you. We will also have various skincare vendors in the lobby of the building throughout the day.
Im not sure what I need?
No problem, our laser technicians and medical professionals will be in our conference room all day and the tables will have signs telling you which table to go to! They are happy to help you complete your order and take your payment information. (Our tables are normally labeled as such: Anti-aging, Injectables, Tattoo Removal, Coolsculpting, etc...)
Do I need to register for a doorprize?
No, you can stop by anytime and head directly to the spa on the second floor...and spin one of our Prize Wheels! PRIZE WHEEL RUNS FROM 9AM-6:30PM! The Prize Wheels will be on the second floor in the lobby of the spa. You'll get one chance to spin one wheel and see if you win a prize. You can choose to spin the Injectable/Product Wheel or the Laser/Product Wheel. No purchase necessary. No exchanges- no exceptions, must be present to win (no spinning for others). If you do not want the prize you win, you may forfeit the prize or donate to our wonderful military. PRIZE WHEEL RUNS FROM 9AM-6:30PM!
Are you doing a drawing for doorprizes?
NO. Instead, to avoid crowding and to give our clients a better chance of winning a doorprize, you will get ONE spin on a Prize Wheel to see if you win something. No purchase necessary, no exchanges- no exceptions, must be present to win (no spinning for others). PRIZE WHEEL RUNS FROM 9AM-6:30PM!
Where are the prices?
This is a one day only event so we release (by email) the pricing after close of business May 9th (Wednesday night). We will also post our prices on our website Wednesday night and they will be up through Thursday until 7pm. Make sure you are on our email list! Please note Permanent Makeup orders must be placed with Alyce at 803-767-2349 and she collects her payments.
Will there be a "talk" or "informational session"?
YES! Amy Powers, Owner/Manager, will be giving a brief presentation of our treatments at 12:30 (ish) and 5:30 (ish! She will NOT be doing doorprizes during these talks because we are doing doorprizes ALL DAY LONG (9-630) Yippee!
May I bring a friend?
YES!! Please do, all are welcome! We love new clients! You and your friend(s) can mingle and also enjoy a coffee/mimosa bar during the AM hours and a catered wine reception during the later afternoon hours.
