HOW TO "SPA"!  FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS                                      

Payment in Full            Services are available by appointment only.  Payment is due at the time of service, in full.  We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER AND CARECREDIT.  No personal checks please.  To receive the package discount, all packages must be paid in full at first treatment.  You can apply with Carecredit at https://www.carecredit.com/apply/ for a payment plan of six months, no interest. 

Appointments               Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for appointments to allow time for completing consent forms, paperwork, or to use the bathroom, etc.  If you are running late, let us know as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you without disrupting other client appointments.  (If you are late to your appointment time you may be asked to reschedule so that your treatment can be complete).       

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance at 803-781-1201 / info@rejuvenationsmedicalspa.com.

If you "NO SHOW" for your scheduled appointment, we will charge your account $75 which must be paid before you may make another appointment.·

To maintain our adult environment as well as for safety and liability concerns, please do not bring children to your appointment or leave them in our waiting room during your appointment.

We have a wide variety of appointment times available and book up to several weeks in advance. Some days and times are more popular than others. We do our best to accommodate your requests for a particular day and time. However, all appointments are on a first-come, first-serve basis.   We will do our best to accommodate requests for a particular technician. However, if your requested technician is not available during the time/day you request, we ask for your cooperation in allowing us to serve you with another technician.

Cancellation Policy         Rejuvenations Medical Spa has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please give us 24-hours notice so we can make the time available to other clients.  Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of prepaid services booked.

Return Policy                  No refunds are made for pre-paid treatments once they are purchased.  If for some reason you are not able to use an un-rendered, pre-paid service, you may do a one-time exchange of the unused portion toward other services.  Unopened products may be exchanged for alternative products within 7 days of purchase.  We cannot accept returns of Latisse, Colorescience or Jane Iredale products.  Clarisonic offers a 90-day, 100% money-back guarantee on devices.  If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your device and would like to return your Clarisonic please call Clarisonic directly 1-888-525-2747 for a Return Authorization (RA) request within 90 calendar days of the receipt of the product. You will be provided with a FedEx Smart Post label for the return of your product.

Privacy Policy                Rejuvenations Medical Spa takes privacy seriously.  We ensure that the staff will not discuss client treatments with any other clients.

Open House Winners     If you won a treatment at one of our open houses, you have one year to redeem and the prize is non-transferable to another person and may not be swapped for another treatment or monetary value.  No exceptions. 

Tipping and Gratuity     Tipping for medical professionals after a laser treatment or injectable is not customary at Rejuvenations Medical Spa because we are a medical facility.  Exception - our two Licensed Estheticians at Rejuvenations Medical Spa (Michelle or Christie) may accept tips after Esthetic services such as facials, tanning, or waxing.  The best tip we can receive is your repeat business and referrals!

Treatment Outcomes     Rejuvenations Medical Spa is committed to serving you in the best way that we can. We will be honest in all our dealings with you.  Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed, not for a specific result.  However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!

Rights Reserved            Rejuvenations Medical Spa will try to communicate policy and price changes with you in advance wherever possible (Email, website or posted signage). However, we do reserve the right to change our policies and prices without notice. Prices quoted during consultations are honored for 30 days.
